A FATHER TO SON COMPANY
In 1971, Emilien Philibert founded Phil Excavation. Following his death in 1998, his son, Pierre Philibert, succeeded him as company president. Today, Pierre is still surrounded by his brothers whose excavation experience is a major asset.
